Leprechaun Traps

Today, we talked about the history of St. Patrick's Day and the legend of leprechauns.  We talked about all the ways it would be possible to trap a leprechaun, and they came up with some very creative ideas!

We read the books Clever Tom and the Leprechaun and Jamie O'Rourke and the Big Potato.  We talked about how leprechauns can be sneaky. We also made our own leprechaun traps out of toilet paper tubes.
