We are planning our spring field trip for May 8th. Your child brought a permission form and waiver home detailing information. Here is a summary:
When: May 8th
Where: Twisters Gymnastics (9:30am)
Frey Pet Hospital (12:30pm)
Bring: Sack Lunch, wear tennis shoes and appropriate clothing for the weather
All first graders will be going on a field trip to Twisters Gymnastics and the Frey Pet Hospital. Our day will begin at Twisters Gymnastics where students will learn about balance and their overall health and have the opportunity to exercise at the different stations offered. Next, we will go to Cherry Hill Park for lunch. After lunch, students will have the opportunity to visit the Frey Pet Hospital and learn about what they do to care for our pets. We will return to VHE by 3:00pm. The cost of the trip for the stucents has been generously taken care of by the Keystone/Van Horne PTO. There is no cost for chaperones. If you plan to join us on this fun filled day of learning, please indicate that on the form provided. We are requesting that all chaperones provide their own transportation. If you have any further questions, please let me know.
