"I Can" Statements: Week of October 12th

A bit late this week, but here they are:

• explain the main idea.
• retell key details.
• read and write words with final consonant clusters (-lt, -mp, -ft, lp)
• identify final sounds in words.
• substitute initial sounds in words.
• use a complete sentence when writing.
• name attributes of 2D and 3D shapes (vertices, sides, can/can't roll).
• use pattern blocks to make shapes and pictures.
