Tonight in your child's folder, you'll notice two important permission forms we'll need signed and returned by Monday, October 6th:
1. (White) Scale Up Classroom/St. Luke's Hospital Tour permission form
2. (Blue) Grant Wood Electronic Recording Release and Authorization form
