Coming home in your child's folder tonight is a purple sheet explaining an event we are holding at Van Horne Elementary called Parent Partnership Night. This event will be held September 24th at 6:30 p.m. We will kick off the festivities with an Ice Cream Social at 6:30, and at 7:00, we will have informational grade level meetings. During our first grade meeting, Ms. Upah and I will be speaking with you about what to expect as the year progresses, skills your child will learn, and ways you can continue to support your child's progress in learning and applying these skills.
Please RSVP to the event even if you are not able to attend by filling out the form and sending it with your child to school.
