A Glimpse of Our Research Time

Below are scenes from our Washington/Lincoln research time we began last week.  It was exciting to see them work together to find important information about their presidents!  Students were very engaged, reading through books together to collect information and write it down in a way that would make sense to them to share with classmates later.  I saw some GREAT skills being put to good use here with very little direction from me.  They are becoming so independent; it's fun to see them grow as learners in such a dramatic way!
