We will have our Valentine's Day Party Thursday, February 11th to accommodate our Washington & Lincoln Presentation Day Friday, February 12th.
A couple of things to consider:
1. Valentines are NOT necessary!
2. If you do bring them, please make sure to bring enough for everyone (24).
3. Please do not address the Valentines to a specific person. Have your child just write, "From: [name]." This saves time in passing out the Valentines :)
A SPECIAL NOTE ABOUT VALENTINE'S BOXES:
Each year, we like to have students decorate Valentine's Day boxes at home. It's a fun activity the students really look forward to doing. Get creative with your child! Your child's box could be a dog, a basketball, a monster - anything you can imagine! Please make sure these are shoebox-sized (approximately), have your child's name on it somewhere, and sent in a plastic bag.
